INFORMATIVA SETTIMANALE SUL PROGRAMMA DI
ACQUISTO DI AZIONI
PROPRIE DELLA PIQUADRO S.P.A.
Silla di Gaggio Montano (BO), 15 aprile 2024. In relazione al programma di acquisto di azioni proprie, Piquadro S.p.A. rende noto di aver acquistato nel periodo compreso tra l'8 aprile e il 12 aprile 2024 n. 25.876 azioni proprie per un controvalore complessivo di Euro 49.214,22, nell'ambito dell'autorizzazione deliberata dall'Assemblea degli azionisti in data 20 luglio 2023, già oggetto di informativa ai sensi dell'art. 144-bis del Regolamento Consob n. 11971/1999.

Gruppo Piquadro
Il Gruppo Piquadro opera nel settore degli accessori in pelle attraverso i marchi Piquadro, The Bridge e Lancel. Capisaldi per i tre brand sono la cura per i dettagli e la qualità della lavorazione e dei pellami ma il prodotto Piquadro si distingue per un design innovativo e un contenuto tecnologico, quello The Bridge esalta il sapore vintage della lavorazione artigianale toscana e infine le collezioni Lancel incarnano l'allure parigina di una maison fondata nel 1876. Le origini del Gruppo Piquadro risalgono al 1987 quando Marco Palmieri, oggi Presidente, fondò la sua azienda in provincia di Bologna, dove tuttora ha sede il quartier generale. La rete distributiva si estende su oltre 50 paesi nel mondo e conta su 178 punti vendita che includono 85 boutique a insegna Piquadro (54 in Italia e 31 all'estero di cui 51 DOS-directly operated stores e 34 in franchising), 14 boutique a insegna The Bridge (14 in Italia e di cui 12 DOS-directly operated stores e 2 in franchising) e 79 boutique a insegna Lancel (60 in Francia e 19 all'estero di cui 72 DOS-directly operated stores e 7 in franchising). Il fatturato consolidato del Gruppo, relativo all'esercizio 2022/2023 chiuso al 31 marzo 2023, è pari a 175,6 milioni di Euro.
Dall'ottobre 2007 Piquadro S.p.A. è quotata alla Borsa Italiana.
