Aggiornamento sull'esecuzione del programma di acquisto di azioni proprie
Padova, 10 dicembre 2018 - SIT S.p.a. ("SIT" o la "Società "), società quotata sul mercato MTA, rende noto che, nell'ambito del programma di acquisto di azioni proprie deliberato dall'assemblea degli azionisti il 26 aprile 2018, ed avviato il 5 novembre 2018, nel periodo tra il 30 novembre 2018 e il 7 dicembre 2018 ha acquistato complessivamente n.3.420 azioni ordinarie SIT ad un prezzo medio unitario di Euro 8,0100 per azione e per un controvalore complessivo pari a Euro 27.394,20.

Update on the execution of the buy-back programme
Padua, December 10th, 2018 - SIT S.p.a. ("SIT", or the "Company"), listed on the MTA market, with reference to the buy-back programme approved by the shareholders on April 26th 2018, and launched on November 5th, 2018, informs that in the period between November 30th, 2018 and December 7th, 2018 acquired no.3.420 SIT's ordinary shares at an average unit price of EUR 8,0100 per share, for a total amount of EUR 27.394,20.
