Aggiornamento sull'esecuzione del programma di acquisto di azioni proprie
Padova, 21 dicembre 2018 - SIT S.p.a. ("SIT" o la "Società "), società quotata sul mercato MTA, rende noto che, nell'ambito del programma di acquisto di azioni proprie deliberato dall'assemblea degli azionisti il 26 aprile 2018, ed avviato il 5 novembre 2018, nel periodo tra il 17 dicembre 2018 e il 21 dicembre 2018 ha acquistato complessivamente n. 3.000 azioni ordinarie SIT ad un prezzo medio unitario di Euro 7,8993 per azione e per un controvalore complessivo pari a Euro 23.697,98.

Update on the execution of the buy-back programme
Padua, December 21st, 2018 - SIT S.p.a. ("SIT", or the "Company"), listed on the MTA market, with reference to the buy-back programme approved by the shareholders on April 26th 2018, and launched on November 5th, 2018, informs that in the period between December 17th, 2018 and December 21st, 2018 acquired no. 3.000 SIT's ordinary shares at an average unit price of EUR 7,8993 per share, for a total amount of EUR 23.697,98.
