Aggiornamento sull'esecuzione del programma di acquisto di azioni proprie
Padova, 7 gennaio 2019 - SIT S.p.a. ("SIT" o la "Società "), società quotata sul mercato MTA, rende noto che, nell'ambito del programma di acquisto di azioni proprie deliberato dall'assemblea degli azionisti il 26 aprile 2018, ed avviato il 5 novembre 2018, nel periodo tra il 31 dicembre 2018 e il 4 gennaio 2019 ha acquistato complessivamente n. 577 azioni ordinarie SIT ad un prezzo medio unitario di Euro 8,0143 per azione e per un controvalore complessivo pari a Euro 4.624,24.

Update on the execution of the buy-back programme
Padua, January 7th, 2019 - SIT S.p.a. ("SIT", or the "Company"), listed on the MTA market, with reference to the buy-back programme approved by the shareholders on April 26th 2018, and launched on November 5th, 2018, informs that in the period between December 31st, 2018, and January 4th, 2019, acquired no. 577 SIT's ordinary shares at an average unit price of EUR 8,0143 per share, for a total amount of EUR 4.624,24.
