Aggiornamento sull'esecuzione del programma di acquisto di azioni proprie
Padova, 15 aprile 2019 - SIT S.p.a. ("SIT" o la "Società "), società quotata sul mercato MTA, rende noto che, nell'ambito del programma di acquisto di azioni proprie deliberato dall'assemblea degli azionisti il 26 aprile 2018, ed avviato il 5 novembre 2018, nel periodo tra il 8 aprile 2019 e il 12 aprile 2019 ha acquistato complessivamente n. 2.500 azioni ordinarie SIT ad un prezzo medio unitario di Euro 8,7860 per azione e per un controvalore complessivo pari a Euro 21.964,91.

Update on the execution of the buy-back programme
Padua, April 15th, 2019 - SIT S.p.a. ("SIT", or the "Company"), listed on the MTA market, with reference to the buy-back programme approved by the shareholders on April 26th 2018, and launched on November 5th, 2018, informs that in the period between April 8th, 2019, and April 12th, 2019, acquired no. 2.500 SIT's ordinary shares at an average unit price of EUR 8,7860 per share, for a total amount of EUR 21.964,91.
