COMUNICAZIONE SETTIMANALE SUL PIANO DI ACQUISTO AZIONI PROPRIE
Cernusco Lombardone (LC), 15 luglio 2024 - Technoprobe S.p.A., società quotata su Euronext Milan e leader nella progettazione e produzione di Probe Card (la "Società " o "Technoprobe"), comunica di aver acquistato sul mercato Euronext Milan, nell'ambito dell'autorizzazione all'acquisto di azioni proprie deliberata dall'Assemblea Ordinaria degli azionisti in data 24 aprile 2024 e avviata dal Consiglio di Amministrazione (già oggetto di informativa anche ai sensi dell'art.144 bis del Regolamento Consob 11971/99 e dell'art. 132 del D.Lgs. n. 58/98) nel periodo dal 8 luglio 2024 al 12 luglio 2024, n. 106.915 azioni ordinarie (pari allo 0,0164% del capitale sociale) al prezzo medio ponderato di Euro 9,4493 per un controvalore complessivo di euro 1.010.275,28.
Gli acquisti sono stati effettuati per il tramite dell'intermediario Mediobanca - Banca di Credito Finanziario S.p.a..
