Rome, 10 August 2018 - Following the disclosure to the market on 31 July regarding the effective resignation from the Board of Directors of TERNA S.p.A. of Mr. Stefano Saglia, Mr. Saglia has today announced the issuance of the Presidential Decree for his appointment as a member of the Italian Regulatory Authority for Energy, Networks and the Environment (ARERA).
It is noted that at today's date Stefano Saglia does not hold any shares and/or financial instruments issued by TERNA S.p.A. and that no indemnity allowance nor other benefits resulting from the termination of his appointment are envisaged. The TERNA S.p.A. Board of Directors will adopt the appropriate resolutions in due course.
