DI AZIONI PROPRIE
Forlì, 29 novembre 2021 - Unieuro S.p.A. (Euronext STAR Milan: UNIR), il leader nella distribuzione di elettronica di consumo ed elettrodomestici in Italia, comunica di aver acquistato, nel periodo compreso fra il 22 e il 26 novembre 2021, 75.000 azioni ordinarie proprie, corrispondenti allo 0,3623% del capitale sociale, per un controvalore complessivo
-
commissioni escluse - di Euro 1.512.455,56, nell'ambito del Programma di acquisto di azioni proprie, il cui avvio è stato deliberato dal Consiglio di Amministrazione in data 11 novembre 2021, in parziale esecuzione della delibera dall'Assemblea ordinaria degli
Azionisti di Unieuro S.p.A. del 17 dicembre 2020.
Gli acquisti sono stati effettuati per il tramite dell'intermediario abilitato Mediobanca S.p.A.
Si riporta di seguito, sulla base delle informazioni fornite dall'intermediario, l'aggregato giornaliero delle operazioni di acquisto di azioni proprie su Euronext Milan, organizzato e gestito da Borsa Italiana S.p.A. e, in allegato, le operazioni compiute nelle anzidette giornate in forma dettagliata.

UNIEURO S.P.A.: REPORT ON THE SHARES BUYBACK PROGRAM
Forlì, 29 November 2021 - Unieuro S.p.A. (Euronext STAR Milan: UNIR), the Italian leader in the retail market of consumer electronics and household appliances, announces that it has purchased, in the period between 22 and 26 November 2021, 75,000 ordinary shares, equal to 0.3623% of the share capital, for a total amount - fees excluded - of Euro 1,512,455.56, in the context of the shares' buy-back program, whose launch was resolved by the Board of Directors on 11 November 2021, in partial execution of the resolution of Unieuro's ordinary Shareholders' Meeting of 17 December 2020.
Purchases were executed by the authorised intermediary Mediobanca S.p.A.
On the basis of the information provided for by the intermediary, herein below the aggregate of the daily buy-back transactions on Euronext STAR Milan, managed by Borsa Italiana S.p.A., while details of the transactions executed in the aforementioned dates are indicated in the annex hereto.
