(MTA: UNIR) comunica che, in data odierna, il Consiglio di Amministrazione ha deliberato di integrare la composizione del Comitato Nomine e Remunerazioni a seguito delle dimissioni del consigliere Gianpiero Lenza, nominando come terzo componente del comitato il consigliere indipendente Pietro Caliceti.
