‌Milan - September 5, 2025 - Following the registration in the increased voting rights register of 1,007,441 Webuild shares of shareholder Pietro Salini (as a result of the transaction referred to in the internal dealing press release of 1 August 2025), the following is the list of Webuild S.p.A. shareholders holding a stake greater than 3% of the total number of voting rights who have requested and obtained registration in the list for the achievement of the increased voting right.
