WEEKLY COMMUNICATION REGARDING SHARE BUY-BACK PROGRAMME PURCHASED No. 100,000 SHARES (EQUAL TO 0.010% OF THE ORDINARY SHARE CAPITAL)
OVERALL EQUIVALENT: €359 THOUSANDS
Milan, September 15, 2025 - Webuild informs that it has purchased, in the period September 8-12, 2025 included, no. 100,000 ordinary treasury shares (equal to 0.010% of the ordinary share capital and 1.25% of the total volume of the exchanged shares in the aforementioned period) for an overall countervalue of €358.876,50.
In light of the above, the total amount of ordinary treasury shares held by the company as of September 12, 2025, amounts to 27.623.437 ordinary treasury shares, the equivalent of 2.714% of the ordinary share capital.
